Paul D Ceglia VS. Mark Zuckerberg
Charge: I should own 84 percent of Facebook
Paul D. Ceglia of Wellsville, N.Y., claims in a lawsuit (see below) that he entered into a contract with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg in 2003 to design and develop a Web site that would ultimately become the social-networking giant. The contract entitled Ceglia to a $1,000 fee and a 50 percent stake in the final product, which eventually launched as TheFacebook.com, according to the suit, which was filed in the Supreme Court of New York's Allegany County on June 30.

Ex Employee Carl Jones VS. House
Charge: 'House' Sued By Former Employee Over 'Degenerate Conduct'
Carl Jones, who was dismissed from his role on Hugh Laurie's program in March, has filed papers at Los Angeles County Superior Court claiming he lost his job because he wasn't willing to join in with the "degenerate conduct" of his superiors. He alleges the bad behavior included visits to strip clubs, drug taking and various sexual escapades.

The American Museum Of Natural History VS. American Airlines
Charge: Destroyed our rare fish
The American Museum of Natural History is suing American Airlines in federal court, accusing the Fort Worth-based carrier of destroying and disposing of rare fish specimens from the Congo that the airline was supposed to deliver to the museum’s laboratory. “We’ve certainly never seen anything like it,” Aaron Albert, the museum’s attorney, said.
