 I am a paying customer of evony.com, i've paid for game cents, plus i've also done some research on the domain name changes, nd have found no proof at all about them, and i would have found them if they existed, hackers have that power to find stuff like that

Legal Observer
 Evony LLC cannot sue Bruce Everiss for libel because of the simple fact that it is not defamatory to the corporation. The corporation was formed "AFTER" the article was published. Almost everything Bruce published in his blog is supported by proofs. Then there is the jurisdictional conflict as to where the trial should be held since the claim is for world wide damages and neither of them hold any asset within the jurisdiction of the supreme court of New South Wales. Was looking forward to the trail but the cowards asked for an adjournment. Seems like the legal team of Evony is really scared about going to trial.
