 I'm quite aware of who Lindsay Lohan is, and yet the thought of her never crossed my mind while watching the E*TRADE commercial. Now if the baby had been named Lilo or Lohan, then maybe this would be a different argument. If the baby had been red headed and freckled (LiLo's best known look), then I could see an argument being made. If they baby had been dressed in Lohan's failed fashion line... or sporting a Mean Girl's tee shirt... or if the baby had been a bad actor and messed up her lines, then yes, Lohan would have a case. Sharing a common name and being sensitive and money hungry does not a case make. Besides, I think of Lohan as more of a drugged up bulimic whore than an alcoholic.

 Let's see....she used to be a clean, proper, decent girl....got older, rose to fame, became a moron, did a lot of stupid things, essentially demanded everyone forget about those things, did more stupid things, demanded everyone forget again, made some shitty leggings, tried to make our ears bleed singing, hasn't been in a movie that someone has heard of in 3 years, the only upcoming movie she is set to be in, is based off a fake trailer that was in Grindhouse (Machete), and has basically spent all her time since Mean Girls, being a whiny, crying, drug addicted, psychotic, idiotic, moronic woman, doing every stupid thing she can, going to clubs every night, and demanding sympathy from everyone because she's fucked her life up because she got so rich and famous.That's what I associate with Lindsay Lohan....with Lindsay, I associate girls that I know named Lindsay, or Lindsey. If there's one name that she's known by, it's LOHAN. Lindsay though?? Uh, no. Sorry, whiny crybaby.

 Even if the ad does "reference" Lindsay Lohan -- which is completely baseless -- given her known drug problems and antics, calling her a "milkaholic" is a good thing, hardly damaging to reputation or emotional state, and absent use of Lindsay's photo or full name, there is no possible intrusion into her "right of publicity."
