I am using EF in my project, this after I exemined both of the technologies and you are right in several cases. There are some bugs in the EF desogner that make life hard to create the diagram, but I think that after you finished to buid your diagram, the work with EF is very convenient and easy to use and understand, including inheritance and assosiations.

EF is GUILTY! This framework is a sitty framework that doesn't support anything, even primitive types such Int32 and Collection of IEnumerable types. Very simple and easy query that long time to implement and lots of workarounds!!! Do not use it, prefer NH or even L2S!
