Nearly all advertisement for Evony Online depict one or more sexually attractive women in seductive positions encouraging players to play with them.That, or they show a game where the player can actively battle with an army of his creationThe game does not depict humans of any kind nor does it allow direct control of armies, as the player does nothing but click options and wait for the actions to complete themselves.The company should produce advertisments which do not mislead its players.

 As th two videos provided show, Evony advertises its games with ads that show little of the game, and lots of scantily clad women. Furthermore, it has been shown that the game itself contains no scantily clad women.Those ads are targeted towards males of a teenage age, or older. These misrepresenting ads steal valuable time from those individuals by causing them to spend time on a game they would not otherwise.The time lost is a valuable thing, as those affected could easily have been making money in some way instead of spending wasted time on evony.As a result, the misleading ads which Evony uses are robbing a valuable property (time) from those who sign up for Evony as a result for them.Evony llc should reimburse this value.

 Evony is not guilty of anything other than understanding a demographic and catering to tastes. Arguing that time is being "robbed" is ridiculous. Time holds value only to the person who starts with it. Evony gains nothing from your time, only your money. Evony profits in no way from you trying, free of charge, their product. Therefore, Evony is not robbing you of the time, you are giving it up. In giving that time up, you are giving up opportunity as the prosecution points out. Time that could be spent making money. On the other hand, that time could be spent doing something that hurts you. In fact, you may be run over by a bus in that time. Both making money and being run over are possibilities, so while attempting to prosecute Evony Llc, please also thank them for saving your life. Being run over isnt as probable as making money, so consider that you could lose money just as likely as you could make money in that time in the time you waste. Evony Llc is not guilty.

 Evony is an expensive game. Sure, its "free-to-play" but without buying Evony cents, the player is almost sure to be slaughtered by more powerful players unless he uses evony cents to get sped up upgrades.1 USD buys 10 evony coins, and the game allows the player to make payements as large as $3000 to get coins.Many users which buy this will be doing so as a result of Evony's ad campaign, whereas they otherwise would not.I admit that the Time-wasting argument was weak, but Evony can be a very expensive game, and the ads it promotes itself with are false and misleading.

 Your point is that the game is expensive if you pay for it if you want to win. That is a fine point to make, but it completely ignores why you think the company should produce advertising which does not mislead players. The advertisements that say the game is free to play are true. If you want to do well, thats another story that the ads do not address.

 Please explain to me the rest of your idealistic society where the goal of a company is not to profit, but to provide the truth regardless of whether or not they sell their product which keeps them in business. Id love to think im wrong too on a moral front, but I base my arguement on the fact we live in a capitalistic society which disregards morals and ethics for profit.
