Charge: Trademark infringement, unfair competition, and tortuous interference
According to The Wall Street Journal, the computer graphics and multimedia design company founded by John Telford and Brian Williamson says Microsoft’s use of “Bing” confuses the public and incorrectly infers the companies as Bing! Information Design uses the Internet, search engines, and its web page as main sources of advertising and promotion for its services. They also further disclosed that they’ve been using the name since year 2000.

Datel VS. Microsoft
Charge: Locking out out our memory card from the Xbox 360
The Max Memory card plugs into the Xbox 360 and allows a user to store games, characters, and similar information. It permits a player to transport game information between Xbox systems. The Microsoft memory card does exactly the same thing—with the difference that it offers only one-quarter the memory while listing for the same retail price. This is Why Microsoft locked out our memory cards from the Xbox 360.

The People VS. Microsoft
Charge: Forcing users to use an inferior OS, Vista, even when their previous OS was superior.
Microsoft has a long history of forcing users to upgrade their OS's. Until recently, users have been OK with this, and the new OS was always superior. However, Vista, their new OS, is inferior to the previous OS, XP. Despite many pleas to stop this injustice, Microsoft will soon force manufacturers to load their computers with Vista, if they want to sell a Microsoft OS. For a user to then regain XP on such a system is time-consuming and a great nuisance. Microsoft should let XP continue!

The People VS. Microsoft
Charge: Responsible of the death of Windows XP
In June 20 - next week, Microsoft will not market anymore the famous operating system - Windows XP, which means that every new PC that you'll going to purchase will be installed with Windows Vista.

This action is significant because we DON'T want to use if of course (and suffer from dozens of bugs in the OS) and bury the preaty good Windows XP.

BTW, get ready to be obligated to it - no more new hotfixes and new additions for XP - they bury it ;(

Charge: Screwing up Windows Vista
Even with service pack 1, Windows Vista is the most bug-ridden, slow operating system to date. It does not offer any meaningful functionality over Windows XP and has no redeeming qualities.
