Until recently, users have been OK with this, and the new OS was always superior. However, Vista, their new OS, is inferior to the previous OS, XP. Despite many pleas to stop this injustice, Microsoft will soon force manufacturers to load their computers with Vista, if they want to sell a Microsoft OS.
